Shipping

We send your orders via the GLS courier service. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days, excluding weekends, non-working days, and holidays. If your order is below 6,000 RSD, shipping is 390 RSD (standard shipping fee).

The courier delivers only on working days. Orders placed on Friday before 14:00 arrive Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday, or during Saturday/Sunday, arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.

The customer pays the value of ordered products and the shipping fee upon delivery. If the order was paid by card, only the shipping fee is paid to the courier.

If the total value of products exceeds 6,000 RSD, shipping is FREE, and we cover transport costs.

Exceptions:
If the order is placed during HAPPY HOUR (15:00-16:00), with a PROMO CODE, for already discounted items, or during special promotions (e.g. Black Friday, New Year discounts), the shipping fee is 390 RSD regardless of order value.

During delivery (if there is any problem finding the address, etc.), the courier usually calls the customer, so please answer the phone to receive your package as soon as possible.

Ordered goods are packed according to courier service rules so they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.

FITLAB is not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond the control of the courier company.

Delivery is available only within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, directly to the customer address.

Card-paid orders and delivery

When the customer pays by card, the checkout total shown on the website is charged through the secure Banca Intesa ad Beograd / NestPay payment page. This total includes the products and the delivery cost shown in checkout, unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.

If an ordered item is unavailable after payment, FitLab will contact the customer and offer a replacement, partial delivery, order cancellation or a partial/full refund. Refunds for card-paid orders are made back to the same payment card through the original transaction.

Delivery is performed on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, directly to the delivery address entered during checkout. The customer should enter accurate contact and delivery details so the courier can complete delivery.
